Jukka has a Master of Theology degree from the University of Helsinki. Jukka is a professional headhunter and management consultant with 30 years of experience. He specializes in finding key personnel suitable for various corporate cultures. Jukka also assists management in understanding and solving strategic problems, including international work environments. Currently, Jukka works as an advisor, project manager, and management coach for several technology companies. Additionally, Jukka is a doctoral researcher at the University of Eastern Finland.
