Miika holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University. He works at Citera on a project basis as an analyst and specializes in gathering and analysing business-critical information, designing operating models, and supporting their implementation. Miika has gained experience in, among other fields, logistics and the maritime industry. At Citera, he is involved in various strategy projects, operational analyses, and transformation initiatives.
